Self Health Coaching:

Self Health Coaching may be for you.

What coaching is:

Dedicated one-on-one time to focus collaborative energy on personal or professional goals.

Support in clarifying your ideas, beliefs, approaches and perceived challenges.

A written and verbal program with personalized exercises to help you optimize your outcomes.

What coaching isn’t:

Self Health coaching is not medical advice, counseling, therapy or mental health intervention.  If the nature of your concerns goes beyond what coaching can support, you will be referred to an appropriate professional.

Your part:

You will complete a written intake assessment identifying your needs, goals and questions.

You will keep a journal of your progress, detailing the strategies you implement and their effectiveness.

You will determine how often you wish to have sessions.

My part:

I will thoroughly evaluate your intake assessment.

If I believe my areas of expertise will offer the most expedient way to help you meet your goals, we’ll talk about setting up a session.

I will provide you with detailed written notes of each session as well as exercises/projects customized to your specific needs and goals.

BIO

Following a twenty year career as a health professional, Kate Cronan Sawert, M.A. is now the owner of Self-Health, Inc.  Self Health is a  company devoted to personal growth and development, workplace health and longevity and conscious communication skills in the home, office and community.  

Drawing on her background in theater, film and music, Kate is a dynamic professional speaker whose seminars and workshops both educate and entertain. A facilitator and wellness educator since 1988, Kate travels across the country with her specialized programs designed to balance the body and calm the mind. As a personal coach, Kate works one-on-one with individuals who wish to maximize their health, vitality and decision-making skills. As a consultant, she creates customized interactive workshops for business clients, and offers worksite evaluations to optimize both balance and performance in the workplace. Since 2004, she has delivered a series of specialized Stress Management seminars to the New York City Police Department. Her first book is due for publication in Summer, 2008.

Kate’s personal mission is three-fold:

To demonstrate that there are literally infinite ways to enhance physical and mental well-being.

To empower those who wish to create a personalized approach to well-being that honors their unique individuality.

To promote a worldwide consciousness of peace, compassion, and joyful expression using spiritual concepts accessible to people from diverse walks of life.
