Following a twenty year career as a health professional, Kate Cronan Sawert, M.A. is now the owner of Self-Health, Inc. Self Health is a company devoted to personal growth and development, workplace health and longevity and conscious communication skills in the home, office and community.
Drawing on her background in theater, film and music, Kate is a dynamic professional speaker whose seminars and workshops both educate and entertain. A facilitator and wellness educator since 1988, Kate travels across the country with her specialized programs designed to balance the body and calm the mind. As a personal coach, Kate works one-on-one with individuals who wish to maximize their health, vitality and decision-making skills. As a consultant, she creates customized interactive workshops for business clients, and offers worksite evaluations to optimize both balance and performance in the workplace. Since 2004, she has delivered a series of specialized Stress Management seminars to the New York City Police Department. Her first book, Self Health, was published and released in the summer of 2008.
